How to Store Leftovers Reusing Containers

Put the leftovers in a container (from the lasagna* I love) in a bowl of cold water t cool it down quickly. Since the container store heavily stained tomato sauce, I assume it is stainproof. But you can't really tell since it's black. Also, it is microwavable; hence, will be easy to use microwave to defrost. Cover with a little piece of aluminum foil. Write down the type of food on a little piece of paper and store together in a ziplock bag. The bag can then be reused without cleaning. Store in freezer.
*Keep the paper package like this lasagna. Can be reused for cutting vegetables over a chopping board to prevent cutting the board.

Homemade Preserved Chopped Garlic

First seperate into cloves and chop the head off.
Put it in the garlic skin rubber peeler (found in Jusco $10) and roll with a little pressure.

The skin will automatically be seperated with the flesh.
Remove the sprout inside.
Chop with a chopper (around $100 in Wing On Department Store or Japan Home).

To remove the odor, rub fingers with a stainless steel spoon with detergent for 1 minute.

Mix the chopped garlic with olive oil and jar them in a reused container from Amoy or Lee Kum Kee. Keep in a fridge and can store up to a month! What you see in the picture contains 2 heads of garlic.
