Homemade Preserved Chopped Garlic

First seperate into cloves and chop the head off.
Put it in the garlic skin rubber peeler (found in Jusco $10) and roll with a little pressure.

The skin will automatically be seperated with the flesh.
Remove the sprout inside.
Chop with a chopper (around $100 in Wing On Department Store or Japan Home).

To remove the odor, rub fingers with a stainless steel spoon with detergent for 1 minute.

Mix the chopped garlic with olive oil and jar them in a reused container from Amoy or Lee Kum Kee. Keep in a fridge and can store up to a month! What you see in the picture contains 2 heads of garlic.
