要健康

要健康其實不外乎不煙不酒，早睡早起，均衡飲食，多做運動。有幾神奇？你唔願意，做咩古靈精怪都冇用！

啲人真係唔知咩心態。食咩補呢個食咩補果個就四圍去搵買嚟食。但係一話要做運動要早啲瞓就冇人信冇人做。食可以代替運動同早瞓㗎咩？多餘！

好核突

(小巴) 隔離個核突鬼仔係咁撩鼻。左手撩下，右手又撩下，然後又卒下個電話~~ 好恐怖！

SMALL DOG SYNDROME

好多人見到細種狗仔好得意就想養。當然，有咁細隻狗其實就係想令佢哋更可愛迎合人。但係佢唔係手提電話，唔清楚功能，唔迎合自己，都唔可以隨便拋棄。

細種狗點解都會有同一種行為問題？因為：
1. 佢哋體型細。狗主通常都會覺得佢哋冇乜殺傷力而寵壞。完全唔覺得有需要教佢哋同做行為訓練。
2. 佢哋可愛。狗主通常都會唔捨得同佢進行行為訓練。
3. 狗主一開始認為細狗係唔需要咩訓練。
4. 懶！

但係即使細狗，狗都係有狗性。狗係以群體生活，而且各自有自己嘅綱位，以 alpha dog 為首。冇 alpha dog 就會毫無安全感。於是就自己充當 alpha dog 位置。但係有自知之明，明知自己冇能力，所以就神經質咁又吠又野蠻！完成不受控制。或者狗主唔介意做亞四。但有冇諗過狗狗24小時處於高度警覺嘅情況下過活係幾咁辛苦？

狗主作為 alpha dog 就要有 alpha dog 嘅風範！唔係懶有型就得。要夠兇猛！要有自信！作為部下，有佢自身嘅工作，狗主要分配。例如看門口。身為狗主嘅你有冇盡你嘅職責呢？

OMG Cellulite!!!

NO, you canNOT, and neither can I, remove cellulite. But does fact make you feel better?

First, there might be thunder and lightning hearing that you cannot remove cellulite. But once you accept the fact, it does make you leave it alone because you start focusing on some other matters.

Second, how come workout "seems" to work? Because workout makes you happy, gives you radiance and healthy strong immunity WHICH eventually make you look great overall!

So, don't give up looking great even you can't do anything about just this one minor problem. Keep exercise gals!!!

DON'T Spread the Myths

Telling/Sharing unscientific information can be fatal and certainly irresponsible.These information may stop people to do the right thing and put themselves in risks and danger. It can make people worry for nothing too. As a reader, you should always be alert. Calm down! Look at the source, look at the statistic and the real world around you!

1. GMO food is killing people. (All the rice is genetically modified from ancient times. They are artificial selected. The plump corns too!)
2. Milk is poisonous. (Unless you are severely allergic to lactose. Of course, even TOO MUCH water kills you.)
3. Vaccines kill your children. (We are all healthy and kicking. What they are doing is switching the virus to inactive mode as a bait to turn on our own defence system! Building mega construction kills more people than taking vaccine!)
4. Contraceptive pills have lots of side-effects and is not natural. (Basically the pills prevent the egg coming, hence, you can't conceive. The bleeding is a mimic. So it is also safe to make a 3 months cycle, 4 months cycle or even never bleed!)
5. MSG is bad. (Those cheap MSG contains lots of impurity substances. This is cause of uncomfortable reactions! Well, like people who can be allergic to peanuts, eggs, milk, some can also be allergic to MSG. They will probably have the same allergic response to tomato, seaweed and mushrooms.)

When it is suspicious:
-- no source or credible source
-- relates to some conspiracies
-- only contain one or two individual case(s)

Trust your reasoning not fear.

Myths

Once in a while, I heard people having doubts on western medication like vaccines or contraceptive pills. They will tell me all those mythical effects it had. Then I ask just one question, "Do you know how they actually work?" Immediately, the myths start to crumble.
