Sex and the City 中，Samantha 是最老的 -- 獨立 (independent) 兼放盪 (promiscuous)。但一次感冒她無法照顧自已，找些床上情人幫幫忙買藥 (drug)，卻沒有人願意。其中一個還要求有性的回報 (He asked for a blow job* in return.)。Samantha 回答 "I can hardly (幾乎不) blow my nose (擤鼻), let alone yours." (我氣也透不過來，更不用說「吹」你那個。)

drug = medicine
drug 亦可以代表毒品。有人黐黐哋，可以問佢 Are you on/taking/doing drugs? (你吸毒了？)

blow job (bj)
因為 Sam 感冒，無力氣上床。而且感冒會傳染 (infectious)，所以要求口交 。剛巧，擤英文就是 blow (吹) 。blow job 就是 oral sex 的一種。順利成章，用手的就是 hand job 。
